Job Summary:

Reporting to the Account Supervisor, the Account Coordinator, Marketing Solutions is responsible for program execution, directing field teams and managing program critical path schedules. This person is the day-to-day coordinator of program deliverables and ensuring that the project stays on schedule, and the client is delighted with program execution.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Attend Client meetings and be an active participant to ensure continuous alignment on Client deliverables
  • Execute the Client programs with excellence
  • Asset Production & Inventory Management
  • Operate as a point of contact for any and all matters specific to account coordination
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with the BMI team and our client(s)
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Track and assess key account metrics
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Identify challenges and opportunities
  • Escalate account issues in a timely and proactive manner
  • Operate as Field, and sometimes Client liaison
  • Work with the recruitment team to ensure all staffing is delivered on time and with the desired quality of hires
  • Hiring - contracts, administrative requirements
  • Resolve contracts as required
  • Handle complaints or emergencies periodically
  • Training – online training, resource materials, plan and help with in-person training
  • Maintain detailed program workbooks, updated critical paths and priority lists weekly
  • Attend all necessary events as needed from the direction of Account Supervisor

You will act as “project quarterback” to ensure project deliverables are completed on time by all team members, highlighting any risks proactively and communicating recommendations to improve program specifics.

Core Competencies:

  • Post-Secondary Education preferred, with a preference for Marketing and Events
  • 1+ year experience in account coordination
  • Experience in Production & Asset Management
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Must be able to travel - some overnight
  • Must have a car and valid driver’s license
  • May occasionally be required to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move heavy objects at events
  • Flawless execution of client plans
  • Extremely detailed and organized with excellent follow-through
  • Operates with trust and integrity
  • Excellent communication skills – listening, verbal and written
  • Ability to establish plans and set priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills
