Are you someone passionate about Whisky with a strong professional background in the industry? We are looking for a Product Specialist for an exclusive Whisky program In Montreal, starting December 12th!
Role Highlights and Responsibilities
As a Whisky Product Specialist, you will:
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador: Represent the Whisky brand with expertise and enthusiasm, embodying its heritage, quality, and unique qualities
- Educate and Engage: Assist in the distribution of samples, share in-depth knowledge of Whisky, including tasting notes, history, brand details, and answer questions from an informed clientele
- Create Memorable Experiences: Deliver an exceptional, engaging experience that resonates with high-end clientele, building interest and appreciation for premium Whisky
- Assist with Product Display: Help maintain a polished, visually appealing display that aligns with luxury brand standards
- Provide gift with purchase
Requirements
- Smart Serve Certification – must be valid and up-to-date
- Relevant Experience in spirits, food service, or a related field
- Strong Communication and Storytelling Skills to engage, educate, and captivate customers effectively
- Polished, Professional Appearance suitable for a luxury retail environment
- Comfortable being on your feet for the duration of the shift
