SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Senior Digital Marketing Associate Helps to develop, execute and evaluate digital and eCommerce marketing plans for Incubator Innovation Brands in Canada and USA.
Product Development / Commercialization:
- Provide thought leadership to the Incubator brand teams and agencies in the development, execution, and evaluation of digital, social, eCRM, agile and eCommerce marketing plans and content
- Support the Senior Brand Manager in product development & commercialization: including new SKU creation, price authorization, pack design, copy, artwork approval and sell in decks
Marketing Communication:
- Owned Media: Help create and manage social content. Execute CRM and web strategy
- Retail Media: asset development, tracking and optimization for multiple retailers (primarily: Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, Walmart.com, Walmart.ca, Target.com)
- Create and continuously improve PDP content and provide guideline to agencies on creation and optimization of assets creative
- Manage influencers campaigns including ratings and reviews and syndication across Kimberly-Clark and retailer properties.
- Understand brand positioning elements and messaging, activate in strategy, innovation development, and marketing activation plans
- Understand key consumer insights and activate them in strategy, innovation activities, and marketing activation plans
- Contribute knowledge and expertise to influence digital media (Facebook, Amazon, Google, etc.) partnerships and Joint Business Plans, driving innovation in strategic pillars and thought leadership on learning plan agendas.
Analysis:
- Weekly/monthly reporting across businesses, metrics, and partners (internal & external)
- In partnership with the agencies, KCIT, the performance marketing and the global holistic measurement teams, leverage the holistic measurement platform to provide reporting, analysis and insights for key PESO (Paid, Earned, Shared and Owned) media initiatives.
- Leverage consumer data to target the right consumers to acquire, engage, retain and reactivate through various marketing channels.
- In partnership with Consumer xperience team and agencies, perform tactical work within tools (including SalesForce Marketing Cloud, BazaarVoice, Sprinklr, Google Analytics, SmartCommerce, etc.) to support the execution and measurement of day-to-day consumer experience and engagement.
- Manage marketing budget including day to day spending report and PO requests
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant discipline (i.e. PR, journalism, communication, marketing or other relevant areas) and 3-5 years prior experience in digital, social marketing and eCommerce marketing
- Deep understanding of digital marketing with an analytic aptitude and test-and-learn mindset
- History of demonstrated success in the development, execution and evaluation of digital, social and eCommerce communication plans that drive the business with strong KPI results
- Results focused, decisive, and collaborative
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative working relationships with team members both internal and external across the organization.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and navigate project delivery and execution across multiple initiatives through engaging key internal and external stakeholders.
- Data-driven, self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit who enjoys compiling various data points to gain insights, formulate actionable plans, and implement initiatives to deliver results.
