Job Summary

In an IQOS events fast-paced and innovative environment, Coaches passionately deliver an exceptional, personalized consumer experience. Coaches engage to adult smokers within IQOS footprint at partner events to inform, educate, generate qualified leads and drive product sales. Beyond interacting with adult smokers, Coaches are expected to monitor maintain the footprint and all elements at the highest levels of operational excellence and complete tasks to ensure the IQOS footprint is always impeccably presented and consumer-ready. Coaches work collaboratively with each other and assisting others where required, fostering a fun and creative working environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be an expert Brand Representative for this new, cutting edge product, engaging each customer authentically to build credibility for our brand and new product.
  • Provide excellent customer experience based on expert product knowledge and personal approach to each customer to convert new customers
  • As a product expert you are able to interact and message adult smokers as per training and within compliance guidelines
  • Work in conjunction with team members to build brand awareness and represent a business launching like a start-up within a Fortune 500 company.
  • Interact + engage adult smokers to drive genuine leads and achieve daily targets
  • Maintain merchandising and visual standards
  • Open and closing duties including: cash handling, technology management and inventory duties including restock of products
  • Track daily activity, KPI’s and ensure accurately of reporting all elements
  • Other duties as required


  • 1-2 years of experience in premium brand activation as a Brand Ambassador with high customer service standards
  • Consistently demonstrated an ability to become a product expert and translate product information in a personalized and relevant way to each adult smoker
  • Consistently deliver on targets and KPI’s
  • Experience working with restricted products in a compliance environment
  • A history of going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service in every customer interaction
  • Demonstrate confidence and charisma, while having strong listening skills
  • A history of working with luxury brands, sales driven environments, and/or Brand Activation specialist
  • A flair for merchandising and presentation of premium products
  • Outstanding communications skills (oral and written)
  • A talent for sales and selling
  • Must be legal drinking age
