Data Analyst and Coordinator

About the Position

Reporting directly to Director Client Services, the position of Preferably Bilingual Data Analyst and Coordinator involves supporting new contract merchandisers and making their entry onto the team simple, enjoyable and uncomplicated. Analyzing results using Walmart Retail Link and SQL to generate sales reports. Maintaining management tools (Power BI dashboards ). Analyzing data and categories in order to provide meaningful information to improve sales. Also, the coordinator will be in charge of the customer care line (online service) and generate biweekly invoices. Support the Director in sharing communication with the reps across Canada. French is an asset.

Tasks

  • Managing contracts for new Merchandisers
  • Providing onboarding and off-boarding materials and communications on a regular basis
  • Managing the customer care email
  • Managing the Master List
  • Responding in a timely manner to all questions and requests from Merchandisers
  • Supporting Director with rep communication
  • Maintain weekly reports
  • Maintain and build new dashboards

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Post-Secondary education preferred
  • Asset: Fully bilingual (English and French)
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Knowledge in Power BI and SQL
  • Client-focused – must be approachable, friendly and customer-service oriented
  • Extremely detailed and organized with excellent follow-through
  • Proven ability to multi-task
  • Operates always with trust and integrity
