We are conducting a Canada wide search for a dynamic Senior Sales Associate with a passion for customer experience and team building to help run our first global flagship store in Canada.

We are launching a new retail concept providing education and discovery of a leading edge new product category. In this fast-paced and innovative environment, leadership skills are required to build and inspire a high-performing team of unique individuals. These individuals deliver exceptional retail experience for consumers. This role requires efficient and effective store operation management and, crucially, a strong working partnership the Rothmans, Benson & Hedges team.

What Will You Do?

  • Deliver end-to-end exceptional and unique consumer experience.
  • Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization & after-sales services
  • Provide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns and replacements in line with IQOS standards
  • Execute retail store operations adhering to IQOS Direct Retail Store Operations Guidebook, including, but not limited to: inventory management, store readiness and store presentation standards
  • Ensure delivery of set KPI targets
  • Adhere to IQOS Good Conversion Practices and Global Talking Points
  • To be experts and to share knowledge by training, coaching and upskilling staff

Requirements

Mandatory:

  • A minimum of 3 years of retail experience or similar service-led customer care experience
  • English fluency or proficiency
  • Intermediate operational knowledge of retail and business systems (e.g. POS, inventory management, MS Office etc.)

Desired:

  • University Degree / Diploma or further education qualification
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional consumer experiences and KPI targets
  • Proven ability to adapt to challenges whilst maintaining composure in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Proven ability to develop a team and individual talent
