About You

We are searching for a successful and proven National Retail Sales Manager to lead our new dynamic shop-within-shop retail team. You lead and support a team of three national supervisors who will oversee our retail sales reps across the country. You have achieved great success in selling and retail, high attention for detail, a skill for organizing a growing retail business while effectively communicating with stakeholders. You will coordinate day to day operations, logistics and store initiatives.

As a National Retail Sales Manager, you know how to see the vision and bring it to life. You have launched and completed a few different campaigns and understand how to read a program’s scope and view the landscape.


  • Grow sales
  • Oversee all operational logistics and coordinating all aspects of retail operations
  • Client Communication: Advanced written communications and managing day to day communications with the Director of Client Services and our client contacts
  • Oversee all store schedules, recruiting, hiring and training while coordinating logistics
  • Manage and execute financial administrative requirements including invoicing, budgets, expenses, and audits
  • Coordinate all internal and external status meetings and contact reports and follow-ups
  • Maintain Critical paths, other related project documents and reporting on a weekly basis


We are seeking an experienced professional with 3+ years of relevant retail Sales and management experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively function and communicate in a team environment. There is an expectation to travel approximately 30% of the time. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs required.
