In an IQOS store’s fast-paced and innovative environment, leadership skills are required to build and inspire a high-performing team of unique individuals. This requires efficient and effective store operation management and, crucially, a strong working partnership with the Rothmans, Benson & Hedges team.

What Will You Do?

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of exceptional and unique consumer experience, aligned to IQOS standards
  • Execute retail store operations adhering to IQOS Direct Retail Store Operations Guidebook, including, but not limited to: inventory management, store readiness, store presentation standards and staff management
  • Ensure delivery of set KPI targets
  • Manage and develop retail store team e.g. staff recruitment and scheduling, performance management and achieving high staff retention rate
  • Support store team where required ensure the delivery of the desired retail experience
  • Work collaboratively and proactively with RBH representatives to achieve shared business goals
  • Adhere to IQOS Good Conversion Practices and Global Talking Points
  • Periodic business reporting as required

Requirement:

  • A minimum of 5 years of retail experience or similar service-led customer care experience
  • A minimum of 3 years managing a retail store or retail team
  • English fluency or proficiency
  • Intermediate operational knowledge of retail and business systems (e.g. POS, inventory management, MS Office etc.)

  • University Degree / Diploma or further education qualification
