Job Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will be engaging customers with a premium experience, selling our innovative new product. The expectation is to meet sales targets by providing exceptional customer service through interacting and educating customers. You will act as an ambassador for the brand, building long-lasting, meaningful relationships.

We are looking for passionate sales professionals to join the team. If you are creative and determined to convert each interaction into sales, then we are looking for you.

Scope of Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent sales and customer experience based on expert product knowledge and personal approach to each customer to convert new customers
  • Be an expert Ambassador for this new, cutting edge product, engaging each customer authentically to build credibility for our brand and new product.
  • Tap into your networks and build connections to adjacent networks to find our target customers of legal age and drive store traffic
  • Act as a team member to drive traffic to store, while achieving sales targets and KPI’s
  • Work in conjunction with team members to build brand awareness and represent a business unit launching like a start-up within a Fortune 500 company.
  • Maintain merchandising and visual standards
  • Open and closing duties including cash handling, and inventory duties including restocking of products
  • Other duties as required

Experience and Skills Requirement

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales and retail, consistently delivering on customer service and sales objectives
  • 1-2 years of experience in premium retail with high customer service standards
  • A history of going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service in every customer interaction
  • Demonstrate confidence and charisma, while having strong listening skills
  • A flair for merchandising and presentation of premium products
  • Outstanding communications skills (oral and written)
  • A talent for sales and selling
  • Must be of legal age
