About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced High Volume Recruiter to join our team. As a High Volume Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of requisitions across multiple business units, partnering with hiring managers to identify top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of requisitions across multiple business units and locations
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify top talent
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that attract the right candidates
  • Source and screen candidates, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage the offer process and work with hiring managers to negotiate and finalize job offers
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and reporting to continuously improve the recruitment process and provide data-driven insights to the business

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience as a high-volume recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of roles and levels, from entry-level to executive positions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Experience utilizing recruitment technology and tools, including applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
